  1. Yesterday I treated my "meh" to a large iced Americano: 3 shots of espresso, lots of ice, a lil' water, some half-and-half, and agave syrup. My heart rate was sufficiently raised so that I didn't have to feel even more depressed about being too depressed to go to the gym.

    I'm sticking to plain Yuban drip today, though.
